Change and Collaberation

Today was awash with interactions and conversation, a riot compared to other solitary times. Scheduling agreements and coordinating efforts is complicated compared to making a decision and taking action independently. Mike was kind and arranged to assist me in picking up my car from the dealership. This small task involved a three-way convergence of effort, time and focus from the service department, my friend and me. Compared to war, this was a simple strategy; nonetheless, it was a bit of a production.

After dropping off the car and being shuttled home my morning project was moving and cleaning one of two bookcases in my apartment. This facilitates re-organization of my living space, which was becoming limiting. I am going for convenience of traffic flow and greater openness. Besides, change is good. It demands the creation of new perspectives. It is fun to work out new spatial and functional designs.

The car was finished early. Mike and I did some work on our website and blog creations. We are learning more tools as the Internet and applications available expand exponentially. Having collaboration on projects is invaluable. We split a pizza, talked about life and got back to our individual obligations. I appreciate my wonderful, talented and successful friends. It was a fabulous day, but I am looking forward to walking again tomorrow morning.
