Lake and Schedule are Flooded

Attention shifted yesterday and the park lost, after four consecutive days walking there is now and one day with no walking. The Thursday early group that develops communication and team building won my attendance. It is always amazing as participants find the courage to come out of their solitude and connect with the group for the first time. Everyone rises to a new level of belief and a desire for better things to come.

A fellow member is facing a personal challenge and has been missing meetings. A card circulated and the comments entered by the members were inspiring. Later, connecting with the absentee was encouraging because they are better now than the previous visit. Apparently, our supportive thoughts had a positive effect.

I am establishing direction and productivity in my professional life. My outflow of energy is beginning, starting slow and a bit sporadic, developing momentum until the floodgates open. Thanks to a friend who gently pushed me off the cliff that had too long been my vantage point. The sensation of falling had become a memory. Now, the wind in my face is refreshing and the reality of gravity a comfort.
