November Has Arrived At Last

Mari Winsor created a set of Pilate's routines, which for years I followed several times every week. Those exercises have been calling me and today I was back on the mat doing stretches and repetitions with Mari. My goal is to build up strength and increase flexibility in my knees. Pilates are a non-impact way to do that. I relegate my park lake walk to later today.

In Florida, the summertime gets hot. Often it gets into the high 90s and by September, it feels like it will never end. Floridians phase into October with the hope of relief, all the while knowing there are no guarantees. Finally, it is November and we know cold fronts will come. This year the shift arrived in the last weeks of October. Now, it is November 1, the air is drier, the temperatures are in the 60s and everyone is feeling drawn to play outdoors.

Last night was Halloween and for children (and the adventurous), the local police hosted an affair at the lake in the park. As I was driving around the roadblocks, I noticed a strong attendance and very interesting costumes. Larger population centers encourage increased community awareness and offer more options to the residents. It is a good example of expansion.

This morning I am investing my attention with Brian Campbell. I am learning to build a website from video lessons on his Internet Marketing University site. Information, life, relationships and value are transforming daily. It is fabulous to be alive at exactly this moment in time and to be part of the amazing awakening that is happening on the planet. If I was not positive that things would get even better than they are, I would say life is perfect, because it is.
