Connecting with others and sharing attention, information, humor, viewpoints and validation always feels wonderful. Time with others is when I make connections and find cooperation. Combined perspectives and ideas offer more than is possible individually. Recognizing and honoring the power of a team lets me utilize the potential to achieve much greater heights than are possible alone.Personal agendas are best refined in self-reflection. Interactions and discussions offer the greatest benefit when I am non-defensive. My team skills are employed at every group experience.
